Originally located in Foxboro, TB12, an athletic performance and rehabilitation facility, expands to Boston's Boylston Street. The design centers around providing quality treatment and training services for athletes of all levels. The prominent location by the Boston Marathon finish line allows for more street presence and offers views into the world of TB12.
clean and modern
The 9,000sf space features a 46-foot turf field and a slam wall for different levels of training. Its central location in the room emphasizes its significance and allows for full accessibility from the treatment rooms along the perimeter. On the ground floor, a full height retail wall fills the space and is open for those who want to come in to buy swag or learn about TB12. Studio Troka's design is clean and modern but highlights moments for branding.
